 Apply for paid apprenticeship in Idukki PRD

You can now apply for six months paid apprenticeship in Idukki District Information Office of Information and Public Relations Department. Candidates who have passed Graduation, Post Graduation or Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with Journalism and Public Relations as major subject and PG Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from recognized institutions can apply. Applicants must have passed the course during the academic years 2020-21 and 2021-2022. A monthly stipend of Rs.8000 will be provided. The Department of Information Public Relations has an opportunity for apprenticeship from August 2022 to January 2023 in different areas of public relations like news department, electronic media and field publicity.

Selection will be based on merit, written test and interview. Selected candidates should arrive ready to join as apprentices on the date and time mentioned in the notice to that effect. Those who interrupt their apprenticeship due to employment or other reasons must give 15 days prior notice. If at any stage the work is found to be unsatisfactory or there is any other reason that does not allow him to continue as an apprentice, he will be removed from the apprenticeship without warning. Appointing facilitators

 Facilitators are being appointed for the year 2022-23 on temporary basis in the Social Studies Rooms functioning under the Scheduled Tribes Development Department in the Scheduled Tribe Colonies of Pampini, Oppipuzha, Kodumudi, Attamoth, Karikulam and Kurumbanmoozhi in the district. Permanent residents of the district and Scheduled Tribes below 40 years of age can apply. B.Ed/TTC/D.L.Ed in any discipline along with qualifying degree. Computer literate preferred. Self-prepared application along with copies of caste income certificates and eligibility certificates should be made available to Tribal Development Officer, Thottamon, Ranni – 689672 before 8th of this month. Walk in interview

 The interview of the candidates registered for the walk-in interview on June 28 and unable to complete the interview will be held on July 6 at 10 a.m. at the C-DIT Main Campus, Thiruvallam for selection for the casual labor appointment in the optical image processing and security products division of the Center for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT). Registrar informed that only registered candidates should appear with original certificate proving age, educational qualification and work experience.

UPSC published the CDS 2 Notification 2022 

UPSC has invited applications for the Combined Defense Services (CDS) Exam. There are 339 vacancies in various army branches including non-technical short service commission course for women. The exam is on September 4. Apply till June 7. www.upsconline.nic.in

 Indian Military Academy, Ederadun (100 Vacancy; 13 Vacancy for Army Wing NCC C Certificate holders): Unmarried Males can apply. Must not be born before 2nd July 1999 and after 1st July 2004. Eligibility: Graduation.

 Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Executive-General Service/Hydro (22 Vacancy; 3 Vacancy for NCC C Certificates in Naval Wing): Open to unmarried male candidates. Must not be born before 2nd July 1999 and after 1st July 2004. Qualification: B.Tech / BE.

 Air Force Academy, Hyderabad 214 F (P) Course – Pre-Flying (32 vacancies; 3 vacancies for Air Wing NCC C Certificate holders): Not born before 2nd July 1999 and not after 1st July 2003. Commercial pilot license holders can be up to 26 years of age. Under 25 years of age must be unmarried. Eligibility: Graduation (Physics and Maths plus two) or B.Tech / BE. the

 Officers Training Academy, Chennai, SSC (169 Vacancy): Opportunity is for unmarried men. Must not be born before 2nd July 1998 and after 1st July 2004. Eligibility: Graduation.

Officers Training Academy, Chennai, SSC / Women Non-Technical (16 Vacancy): Opportunity for unmarried women. Should not be born before 2 July 1998 or after 1 July 2004. Widows and divorcees without liabilities can apply. Eligibility: Graduation.

 Both the above courses will start in October 2023.

 Subject to conditions, final year students will also be considered. There are centers in Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kozhikode for the written examination. Application Fee: 200 Rs.
